It’s rare to find a stager who’s also a trained interior designer — but that’s exactly what sets Janne Burgio, Chief Design Officer of The House Whisperers, apart. While studying interior design, the head of the department affectionately dubbed her “My Little A+ Overachiever!”

Janne laughs about it now, saying, “My obsession with good design and staging done right can be both a gift and a curse, LOL — but my dream was truly realized with the creation and success of The House Whisperers.”

Beyond beautiful spaces, Janne believes in giving back. Her charity of choice is The Nice Guys of San Diego, a local organization dedicated to helping those in need.

Brooke is the high energy and bubbly presence in our offices and out on-site. After spending years in corporate planning, finance and giving more PowerPoint presentations than any person should encounter in a lifetime, she is delighted to use those skills in a more creative way at The House Whisperers. She is always happy to take a call and connect with our valued clients. Outside of work, Brooke has a passion for food, wine, and spirits. She is always curious to try the latest hotspot restaurant or sample an obscure single malt Scotch. She has a sense of wanderlust and has reached 75% of her goal of visiting 100 countries. When you chat, don’t hesitate to share your favorite barely known places to visit.

Our reliable and diligent crew is lead by a Tetrus master that can somehow fit a whole houseful of furniture for a 10,000 square foot house onto our 26-foot truck. Besides using neoprene to protect flooring, they can build beds, arrange furniture groupings to perfection, and even hang art without a level! Heck, they’ve been trained so well, they could almost stage a house by themselves!

Sadly, we lost our beloved original mascot, Cuba the Havanese, at the grand old age of 16. 💔 But his spirit lives on in our new sidekick — Sadie (a.k.a. Cuba 2.0) — a five-year-old German Shepherd/Maltese/Husky mix who looks uncannily like Cuba, right down to the same distinctive markings.

Sadie is a total girly-girl who rocks pigtails and a swath of pink in her tail with pride. She’s our 40-pound bundle of love, joy, and sass — and she’s already mastered the fine art of stealing hearts on the rare office day. 🐾
