We accept all major credit cards, take ACH payments, and have pay-at-close options. Our pricing is straightforward and tailored to the needs of each property.
Standard Staging Package
For most vacant or owner-occupied homes up to 3,000 sq. ft., including one living room, dining area, kitchen counters, master bedroom, and bathrooms: $3,900 for two months plus $1,000 delivery and retrieval fee
Expanded Staging Package
For homes up to 3,000 sq. ft. with a living room, dining area, family room, breakfast area, master bedroom, and bathrooms: $4,900 for two months plus $1,000 delivery fee
Optional Add-Ons
Office spaces, outdoor living areas, or al fresco dining setups: Approximately $900 per space
We also offer priority scheduling and complimentary staging of select areas for our loyal, repeat clients.
