Competitive pricing and we take all major credit cards. We are known for our fair pricing and excellent product. We own all our own inventory so our pricing is not driven by high-priced furniture rentals, and our furnishings are purchased new from quality furniture suppliers, not from consignment stores.
How much will it cost? Our baseline for staging most average-sized vacant or owner-occupied homes up to 3,000 square feet including one living area, one dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and baths is around $2,900. The baseline for average homes up to 3,000 square feet with a living area, dining area, family room, breakfast area, master bedroom and baths is around $3,900. Office staging, outdoor living or al fresco dining areas are optional as requested and start at around $500 each. We also offer discounts to frequent flippers, owners, and agents who bring us repeat business.
Remember, staging companies are like restaurants...there's fast food and fine dining and we definitely fall into the latter category! We are trained and experienced interior designers, so each home will be custom-staged to go with the architectural style of the home. We use a transitional style of furniture to appeal to the widest range of buyers. Agents say our staging has a more sophisticated style due to our use of substantial on-trend furnishings and accessories that lend a model home look. Pricing can vary depending on square footage and expectations in the market area. We will spend up to an hour, while the homeowner or agent takes notes, and make cost-effective suggestions for pre-staging suggestions, cosmetic changes or upgrades to facilitate a quicker and more profitable sale.
